We use only Bona and Koate protective coatings. We believe that they offer not only a coating that looks right, but performs right too.
With the right care and maintenance you should expect ~5 years before requiring a re-coat with lacquer systems, and up to 15 years before requiring a re-sand. With oil systems, more frequent re-coating is required, which requires less disruption and can be done in-house if required.
Having a three year guarantee period gives you the confidence that you can expect your coating system to last the above durations. It does not cover wear and tear, but will protect you in the unlikely event of a coating failure.

All of our machines have either in-built vacuums or have stand-alone dust extraction units that capture dust particles throughout the refinishing process. No wood floor sanding is 100% 'dust free', but we will deliver you a service that is as close as you will ever get.
